BP2861XK 适用于85Vac~265Vac全范围输入电压的非隔离降压型 LED 恒流电源
BP2861XK is a step-down LED constant current driver chip. The chip operates in inductor current critical continuous mode and is suitable for non isolated step-down LED constant current power supply with a full range of input voltages from 85Vac to 265Vac. The BP2861XK chip integrates a five hundredV power switch internally, using gate demagnetization detection technology and high-voltage JFET power supply technology, without the need for VCC capacitors and starting resistors, making its peripheral devices simpler and saving peripheral costs and volume.
Advantages: Compatible with BP2866X pin, integrated 600V ultra fast recovery diode, no VCC capacitor, no starting resistor, integrated high voltage power supply function, no flashing under low bus voltage, 5% LED output current accuracy, LED short circuit protection, overheating regulation function, packaged in SOP7
